Featured speakers onsite including experts, advocates, and individuals with personal experiences of endometriosis.
One of the most significant aspects of registration is that it directly supports The Endometriosis Network Canada. Participants contribute to funding vital education, raising awareness, and providing support for individuals affected by endometriosis across Canada.
Event Day Information
Registration closes on May 29, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. Event day registration will not be permitted.
Registrants before and on May 17, 2024 will be able to pick up their run kits and any purchases from the shop in-person, starting at 10:00 a.m. Registrants after May 17, 2024 will receive a commemorative medal and run bib, and any merchandise purchased from the shop will be mailed directly to you. Shipping is estimated to begin late May.
Please plan accordingly and arrive with enough time to park your vehicle, walk to the event site and check-in at event headquarters.
Our event embraces a non-competitive atmosphere, opting out of chip timing in favour of celebrating personal achievements. Whether you walk, jog, or run, honour your body's pace and complete whatever distance feels right for you. It's about the journey! Please note that our event offers a 5km route.

When driving on Highway 417, take the exit for Promenade Bayshore Drive. Continue onto Bayshore Drive and then turn left onto Carling Ave. Then turn right onto Holly Acres Road, then turn into the road that connects to the parking lot.
When driving on Carling Avenue, turn onto Holly Acres Road, then turn into the road that connects to the parking lot.

Turn off Carling Ave., there are two parking lots, both are free.
The park is not closed to the public, please pay close attention to your surroundings at all times. All roads and areas within the parking lots are subject to City of Ottawa parking by-laws.
